Version 1 makes fifth UK acquisition
Dublin-based IT services company Version 1 has made its fifth UK acquisition in Beoley Mill Software. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Beoley Mill Software Ltd was established in 1994 by managing director Helen Rimmer and CEO Stuart Rimmer. With revenues of £7.5 million (€8.7 million) in 2015 and employing 100 people, the company provides mission-critical services for all aspects of JD Edwards World and EnterpriseOne systems to mid-market and enterprise customers across the manufacturing, distribution, logistics, leisure, retail and services sectors.

“The deal strengthens our existing Oracle partnership and expertise in ERP technology and delivers market leading capability in JD Edwards. It established us as the go-to ERP service provider for organisations in the UK and Irish markets.”

As a combined entity we have the ability to compete and win business in the UK, Irish and European JD Edwards markets.”
Beoley Mill Software will continue to trade as Beoley Mill Software Ltd. Stuart Rimmer will step down as CEO and will leave the business to pursue other interests, while Helen Rimmer has been appointed to the Version 1 management team and will continue to look after customer relationships and business development of the JDE Practice in addition to helping oversee the successful integration of the two companies.
