SoftCo has announced over €1 million in key healthcare customer wins following successful rollout of its healthcare solutions in Ireland and the US. This latest phase in the company’s expansion has also seen the creation of 50 jobs and the opening of two new offices in Europe.

SoftCo recently launched a new version of claims management software SoftCo eClaims, which is being used in Whitfield Clinic in Waterford to automate internal financial processes including billing, receivables and cash receipts while also providing detailed reporting and analytics.

US-based UPMC CancerCenter has also taken on eClaims to manage its 39 locations and the 74,000 patients treated annually.

Another US client, the non-profit Providence Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina, has gone live with SoftCo’s purchase-to-pay (P2P) solution.

Established in 1990 and based in Dublin, SoftCo has offices in the UK, Finland and the US. It develops solutions to manage business processes, reduce costs and ensure organisations meet compliance obligations. Other clients include Iowa Health System, Alliance Medical, the NHS and St Peter’s University Hospital in New Jersey.
