IT outsourcing specialist PFH says it has become Ireland’s first firm to be recognised as a fully accredited member of the Managed Services Accreditation Program (MSAP). The award was made by MSP Alliance (US), the professional association and accrediting organisation for the managed services industry for PFH’s Network Operation Centre (NOC).

MSP Alliance president Charles Weaver said PFH “can count itself among some of the top managed services providers in the world.” Weaver added the PFH customers “can rest assured that their IT needs are in the hands of a vetted, stable, and professional managed services organisation.”

PFH MD Paul Hourican paid tribute to “the hard work put in by the PFH team” in achieving the standards of performance and security. “It is a wonderful achievement for our customers and prospective customers, who can have the greatest trust in us as a best practice managed service provider.”
