Slick+, an innovative Irish software start-up, has today announced a significant funding milestone of €500,000, with €150,000 secured from Enterprise Ireland through its High Potential Start-Up (HPSU) programme. This investment, which is match funded by Growing Capital VC, comes with an additional €200,000 to be unlocked based on performance, and will fuel the company’s growth and product development.

This funding marks a crucial step for Slick+ as it addresses the challenge of capturing, curating, and sharing organisation-specific knowledge in the hybrid world of work. The investment will enable the creation of 12 new jobs over the next 12 months, primarily in product development, marketing, partnerships and customer success roles.

Founded in October 2023 and co-located between Sligo and Galway, Slick+ has developed a short-form, video-based social learning solution that brings a consumer-grade experience to the world of work. Currently working with more than twenty corporate clients, the platform is the result of more than 12 months of research and development, working closely with universities, companies and end-users.
