IP Telecom has aquired voice and managed service provider Centrecom Systems. Financial terms of the deal were not released, though the acquisition follows the recent the securing by IP Telecom of €6 million from Development Capital.

Shena Brien, CEO of IP Telecom (pictured), said: “IP Telecom has large ambitions for the year ahead, and our acquisition of Centrecom is a sign of great things to come; growth is most certainly on the agenda for 2024, and this is one of many moves we will be undertaking in an effort to deliver against that goal.”

This move is not the sole activity of late that reinforces IP Telecom’s ambitions; earlier this year IP Telecom announced the strengthening of its board, with Edel Creely being appointed chair.
