Exertis Ireland has scooped the pan-European Best Business Development award from IBM. The award was made in recognition of Exertis’ role in growing the market for IBM Software in Ireland.
Speaking at the award ceremony in Hungary, John Conlon, Exertis enterprise sales manager, said: “This is a very exciting time for software sales in Ireland. As companies seek to become more agile and customer-centric, the spotlight is increasingly on the software to deliver their vision. This award is acknowledgement of the additional investment by Exertis, the revenue growth and increased partner focus on driving incremental business with software solutions.”
Aideen Cardiff, IBM Ireland software channel manager, added: ‘This is a real good news story for Ireland. Exertis had some stiff competition from other European countries, so all the more credit to their sales team and the business partners on a very successful year’.
