TechCentral Webinar: Regulatory lessons learned in 2024

    10am

    Online

The first TechCentral Webinar will look at the topic of EU regulations, and in particular the difficulties managing the transition from debate to implementation.

In 2024, organisations have had to contend with the Digital Operational Resiliency Act (DORA) and the EU’s second directive on security of network and information systems (NIS2). The former’s deadline for compliance is 17 January 2025, while the latter was due to be fully transposed into law by 17 October 2024 – a deadline only met by one member state.

To say the problem comes down to ‘people, processes and technology’ is a given but when implemented will DORA and NIS2 already be outdated and is there a better way to handle regulation from end-to-end?
