Community of excellence for product managers launched at conference hosted by TU Dublin
Technology Ireland Digital Skillnet has announced the launch of a community of excellence for product management sector at the Next-Gen Product Management Conference hosted at TU Dublin.
The initiative aims to centralise best practices, foster continuous learning, and equip professionals with the tools needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving industry.
Building on the success of the Postgraduate Diploma in Product Management – a collaboration between Technology Ireland Digital Skillnet and TU Dublin that has spanned 15 years – the community of excellence is designed to enhance collaboration and drive measurable growth for organisations.
More than 300 companies have already benefitted from the programme, which prioritises applied learning and real-world business impact.
The community of excellence will host events, workshops, and networking opportunities to support ongoing professional development. It also invites alumni from the Postgraduate Diploma programme to share insights and contribute to a collaborative environment that drives innovation and success.
Maire Hunt, network director at Technology Ireland Digital Skillnet, said: “This community will serve as a hub where professionals can exchange ideas, apply shared knowledge, and implement best practices to address today’s business challenges effectively.”
Dr. Colin Hughes, head of the Graduate Business School at TU Dublin, said: “Applied learning is central to our executive education programmes, with content, exercises, and discussions shaped around real-world business challenges. This focus helps us to create programmes which are transformational for employees and impactful for organisations.”
