It’s about partnering with our operations teams to understand their requirements and helping them to succeed in this dynamic market. I will also be working closely with the C-suite to ensure that we have the financial strength to match our strategic vision to grow the Irish business and take full advantage of the unique opportunities and challenges that Ireland presents.”
