    ICS: Giving and receiving feedback

    6-7pm

ICS, 87-89 Pembroke Road, Dublin 4

Communication skills are the number one skills of an effective manager. Giving and receiving feedback challenges most managers and in many cases managers say they are too busy to give quality feedback.
    When you give feedback:

    • Team members know where they stand
    • Performance improves
    • Confidence improves

Managers who do not give feedback are not managing – it is that simple. Ask yourself the following:

    • To what extent are you happy with the quality of the feedback you give?
    • Would you team’s performance improve if you improved your skills in giving and receiving feedback?

This session will provide you with a simple and practical technique to help you step up to having challenging conversations that result in enhanced team relationships.
