  SIY was founded by Google employee number 107 Chade-Meng Tan in 2007, initially as an in-house course, but now the course is run all year around across the world.

  The aim of the two-day seminar is to teach business management and leaders how to improve relations with their employees and reduce stress in the workplace, leading to a boost in productivity and wellbeing.

  Based on the work of Neuroscience and Mindfulness experts, the seminar promotes emotional intelligence skills in order to create positive mindsets and centred leadership.

  The training is being delivered in Ireland by Genos International. A standard ticket to attend the two days of training costs €995, with packages available for groups.
