  If we address quality in terms of test cases passed we have lost half our audience and have little to say to the top table. What effects quality within the SDLC are the influences beyond the SDLC. Believing that culture is the game changer, Fergal will explore how changing the mind-set of your organisation has more impact on quality than any process improvement initiatives, and may be a precursor to it.
